Sunrise Cove is located in a quiet cove with a great view of the lake.  The neighborhood is peaceful, great for walking and bicycling with very little traffic

(Just watch out for the deer!).


We have a large dock well lit with a covered boat slip, mooring whips and a ladder for those relaxing swims.  Safe power (GFI) is supplied at the slips for bass fishermen to charge their batteries.  Water depth at the dock is between eight and sixteen feet, depending on the lake level.  The fishing at the dock is great.  We also have a private boat ramp and plenty of parking. 


Our Non-Smoking home has a large great room with satellite TV, VCR, and DVD.  Wireless satellite internet is supplied throughout the property, even on the dock (extra fee during winter months). 







The kitchen is fully-equipped, or you can cook outside on the gas grill. You can enjoy meals at the bar that seats six and the large custom made dinner table that seats twelve.  There is also a table that seats six on the porch, along with rocking chairs, a large swing, and three ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.




The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, VCR, DVD and private bath.













The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the children’s bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a double bed.  The guest bathroom is located between these two bedrooms.
