Sunset Haven is on the main channel of the lake with deep water and a great view of the lake.  This home is located just nine houses from Sunrise Cove, our other home.  The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, great for walking and bicycling with very little traffic (Just watch out for the deer!). 


We have a large well lit dock with mooring whips for two boats and a ladder for swimming.  Water depth at the dock is between six and ten feet depending on lake level and fishing at the dock is great.  We have plenty of parking, an attached double carport and unlimited use of a nearby boat ramp.


This brick home has a lovely screened front porch that offers an awesome view of Lake Murray as you enjoy wicker furnishings including a dining table, rockers and swing.  In the rear of the home there is a gas grill and picnic table for those wishing to dine outdoors.






Inside, the great room has a panoramic view of the lake.  There is a fire place with gas logs, satellite TV, VCR and DVD.  This area has comfortable seating as well as a queen sleeper sofa.






The master bedroom has a great lake front view.  It is furnished with a queen bed, wicker furniture and satellite TV, VCR and DVD.  The attached master bathroom is also accessible through the hallway from the kitchen. 


The second large bedroom has two queen beds.  There is a full bathroom adjacent to this bedroom.
  The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances for cooking during your stay.  The dining area offers a beautiful view of the lake.
